PIEROGI WORKSHOP ok so here's the plan. we're doing a pierogi workshop. small group, hands on, russkie only (potato and cheese, the GOAT filling, not up for debate). n o fancy stuff, nononsense, just a kitchen full of people trying to fold dumplings and mostly failing at first. 11 people max. that's the whole thing. here's how it goes: we roll, we fill, we boil, we eat. wine and snacks while we're elbow deep in dough, some laughing at how bad everyone's pierogi look, and then we all sit down together and eat what we made. that's genuinely it. no skills needed, you just need hands and an appetite and a willingness to make a mess. if u have ever wanted to learn how to make pierogi properly (not the frozen supermarket kind, sorry to whoever's about to feel personally attacked) this is ur chance. 11 spots, once they're gone they're gone. come solo, come with ur one plus one who fits in the 1
